These terms govern your use of the Lifelink website, participant portal and admin dashboard. By using our services you agree to these terms.

1. Service description

Lifelink provides remote, non-clinical wellness and daily living support. Our platform supports communication, reminders, scheduling, progress notes and family updates.

2. Accounts & access

Participants, family contacts and staff access the platform through individual accounts. You must keep your credentials secure, never share them, and notify us of any unauthorised access. Inactive staff accounts lose access immediately.

3. Acceptable use

  • Provide accurate information during onboarding and updates
  • Do not misuse the platform to harass, defraud or impersonate others
  • Do not attempt to access information you are not authorised to view

4. Wellness & medication features

Wellness tracking and medication reminders are supportive tools only — they are not medical devices. Always follow the advice of your treating practitioner.

5. Intellectual property

All Lifelink branding, content and software is the property of Lifelink Support Services. You retain ownership of the information you provide; you grant us a licence to use it for the purpose of delivering your support.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lifelink is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the NDIS framework.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through your portal or by email. Continued use means acceptance.

Emergency Disclaimer

Lifelink Support Services is not an emergency medical monitoring service. If you or someone you support is experiencing a medical, mental-health or safety emergency, call 000 immediately.
