Privacy consent
You consent to Lifelink collecting, storing and using your information as described in our Privacy Policy and Information Collection Notice.
Communication consent
You consent to Lifelink contacting you through your chosen channels — phone, SMS, email or video — for reminders, check-ins, scheduling and service updates.
WhatsApp consent
If you opt in, your assigned support worker may contact you via WhatsApp using a one-tap message link. WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms; their terms and encryption apply. You can opt out at any time.
Family & emergency contact consent
You may nominate family or emergency contacts. By providing their details you confirm you have their permission. Lifelink may contact them to share appointment updates or in a welfare concern, in line with the priorities you set.
Wellness tracking disclosure
Wellness features (blood pressure, blood glucose, weight, fluid intake) are supportive logging tools. They do not provide clinical diagnosis, alerts to medical professionals, or 24/7 monitoring.
Medication reminder disclosure
Medication reminders prompt you at the times you set. They do not dispense medication, override your prescriber's instructions or guarantee adherence. Always follow the directions of your treating practitioner.
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw any consent at any time by contacting info@lifelinksupport.com.au. Some services may stop or change as a result.
Lifelink Support Services is not an emergency medical monitoring service. If you or someone you support is experiencing a medical, mental-health or safety emergency, call 000 immediately.
